WILL THE SEED PACKETS BE LABELED?

Yes! Each seed packet you receive will be accurately labeled with the specific seeds that are inside. The only "mystery" part is not knowing what you will receive each month. That's part of the fun!

HOW DOES THE SEED CLUB WORK?

⊹ Join the Seed Club by choosing your subscription plan: month-to-month, 3 months, or 6 months.

⊹ Receive a surprise seed packet (with the possiblity of bonus goodies!) each month. Each seed packet is filled with quality seeds and features hand-drawn art. This is a cute and fun way to support human-made art + grow your own food!

⊹ You can update your payment information, shipping address, or pause or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on the Groovy Root website.

CAN I CHOOSE THE SEEDS I WANT?

Each month, I will select the seeds that all members will receive that month - as well as design the corresponding packet. This is all kept as a surprise until delivery for all members.

If you missed a month, check back in the shop to acquire past month's seeds.

These seeds are intended for beginners. If you plan to sow the seeds in the ground outside, please make sure to check your USDA hardiness zone ensure your herbs and vegetables will thrive.

CAN I GIFT A SUBSCRIPTION TO SOMEONE?

Yes! Simply enter the recipient's name and mailing address in the shipping section during checkout. Please note that there is no gift note provided, so you will need to directly inform the recipient of their gift.

Please keep in mind when gifting a subscription: the subscription management dashboard is only available to the account holder who purchased the subscription.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

New ongoing monthly subscriptions will renew on the 7th of every month. The 3-month and 6-month subscriptions are a one-time payment made at checkout and do not auto renew.

Please keep in mind this is a small business! So, I will be doing my best to ship your order by the second week of every month.

Shipping for the seed club is always free! However, you will not receive tracking. This is snail mail.

HOW CAN I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can manage your subscription at any time by registering and logging in here.

Once logged in, navigate to the "Manage Subscription" in your profile. There you can update your payment information, change your shipping address, or pause or cancel your subscription as needed.
