HOW DO I MANAGE MY SEED CLUB SUBSCRIPTION?

You can manage your subscription at any time by registering and logging in here.

Once logged in, navigate to the "Manage Subscription" in your profile. There you can update your payment information, change your shipping address, or pause or cancel your subscription as needed.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW PLANT GUIDES?

I am trying to at least one new plant or herb guide per month. More herb & veg recipes will also begin rolling out throughout the year. Thank you for your patience.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

Yes, most Groovy Root items can be shipped internationally. All seeds and Seed Club memberships are U.S. only.

ARE YOUR PLANT CHARMS REALLY PLANT-SAFE?

Yes! I have been using our plant charms on my own plants for nearly a year without any issues. We use a special, lightweight backing to ensure plant safety.

I do not, however, recommend placing our plant charms on delicate or fresh, new leaves.
