What is your Return Policy?

We’re a small sprouting business, so at this time, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, or you believe item is not as described, please reach out within seven business days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

To report an issue, email us at hello@groovyroot.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

What items are non-refundable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Plant Care Cards (digital download)

What are the refund options?

How do I ship back items?

Upon return request, a shipping label will be emailed to you.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.
